People come to therapy for emotional support and seek practical solutions to the very real issues in their lives. I recognize that my clients need to work thru the emotion connected to their circumstances and are also very much looking for a fresh perspective, based in experience and professional training, to help them determine what they can do about it. I work to help my clients find solutions whenever possible & develop effective ways to cope with the impact of those things they can't change. I take an approach to counseling that is practical and goal oriented and have a style that both men and women can connect with.
