I have been a practicing counselor for over 40 years. Over these years, I have worked with individuals, couples and families struggling with significant life challenges and mental illness. I pride myself on being accessible, attuned to my clients' needs and trained in current best practices, including EMDR interventions. To serve as your counselor, for me, is a privilege not taken lightly. My practice style, as appropriate, involves collaboration with other professionals. Getting outcomes that matter is my highest priority. I am a provider for a number of insurance carriers and offer a sliding scale for clients w/o insurance.
