Hello! I'm so happy that you're here! In my work with teens, adults, couples, and families. I specialize in those who are BIPOC, LGBTQ+, high achievers, and neurodivergent, with the unique problems that they may face. I also specialize in trauma, PTSD, and life transitions. I like to use a combination of somatic and talk-based therapy. I am now offering couples and family sessions! At this time, couples are self-pay only. I use a holistic approach to issues such as generational trauma, anxiety, and other issues. I offer a 15-minute free consultation via video to see if we are a match.
