I have always been drawn to spaces that feel creative, comforting, and real—while still grounded in solid clinical training. After years of learning the "why" behind what helps people heal, I set out to create a space that blends that knowledge with a refreshing, down-to-earth approach. Because let’s be honest—deciding to sit down and unpack your struggles with someone is already hard enough. I believe therapy doesn’t have to feel like a chore or a cold clinical experience. Instead, it can be natural, even enjoyable. A place where heavy conversations are held with care, and a little levity is welcome. Here, we bring light to the dark, color to the dull, and hope to the stuck places. Never dismissing reality, always honoring it. Lakeland Art Therapy is about showing up as you are, creating space for growth, and rediscovering the parts of you that may have been hidden under the weight of “getting through it.”
