At Well With My Soul Counseling Services, I focus my attention on helping individuals, families, and marriages. I have 19 years working with children and families through therapy and behavioral health systems. Offering healing and hope to those struggling with anxiety, depression, codependency, mental health diagnoses, career changes, parenting, marriage issues/communication concerns, and life struggles.
