It can feel isolating and confusing trying to navigate life when it feels like you can't shut your brain off. My work focuses on supporting adults dealing with eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, and body image concerns. Together, we’ll work on building self-awareness, compassion, and sustainable coping tools to help you find the peace you're looking for!
