I am a mental health counselor and wellness expert who enjoys being a supportive, open ear for those in need of a safe space and change in their lives. With a diverse background in providing therapy and counseling services, I like to start with meeting you where you are and seeing the path that you desire. Together, we will start finding ways and strategies that support movement towards your goals or healing. We can go fast, slow, or stay put. With my passion and knowledge, I hope to guide my clients to fulfillment, relief, and meaning in their lives. This looks like going over the last couple of months to a year, and sometimes our early years leading up to now, so we can create a plan of things we want to talk about and work on as we start a journey together to feel better and change our perspective.
