I am a somatic psychotherapist specializing in Womens health. The foundation of my approach to psychotherapy is in addressing the needs of the nervous system, helping clients to understand their own behavior and to improve their ability to live in their desired experience (less anxious, less depressed, more hopeful, etc.). In addition, my training provides the opportunity to address the distress of living in experiences that we never wanted to have and don't want to be the reality. I am dedicated to providing women with a safe environment to process trauma, grief, loss, fears and hopes as they manage the tasks of daily life. I offer support specifically to women as they move towards motherhood, with awareness and training in reproductive mental health. Many women are not prepared for the challenges that may arise while TTC. Infertility is often a very lonely experience, pregnancy loss is traumatic and can be isolating; I provide a space for you to be seen, heard and validated.
