Life can feel overwhelming, disconnected, and heavy, but you don’t have to face it alone. I work with teens (13+), adults, couples, and families ready to create real change. With teens, I help navigate anxiety, stress, identity, friendships, self-esteem, school pressures, and trauma, while creating a safe, judgment-free space where they feel heard, supported, and empowered. I also help families rebuild trust, improve communication, and strengthen relationships. In couples work, I guide partners to break unhealthy cycles, heal from past wounds, restore emotional intimacy, and build stronger, more fulfilling connections.
