Hi, I am Kendall Saunders, LPC, and the founder of Flourish Counseling Services. I help high-functioning adults who’ve always been “the strong one”—the responsible one, the caretaker, the one who holds it all together. You may look like you’re doing just fine on the outside… but inside, you feel disconnected, anxious, or tired of constantly performing. Maybe you’ve never really had a safe space to unpack what you’re holding. That is where our work begins.
