Hi there — are you ready to find a new path forward? I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Reiki practitioner (Level I & II) who genuinely enjoys working with teens, individuals, and couples. I believe everyone is capable of change, and it’s a privilege to walk alongside you on that journey. Change can be hard, but identifying problematic patterns in your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors doesn’t have to be. I work to help you understand the why and how behind the ways you function, using concepts rooted in Family Systems Theory, Attachment Theory, and CBT. My work is person-centered and tailored to each individual.
