I’m going to start out by saying I have no idea what to put here because my focus is on the work I do with my clients. However, similarly to how I’m approaching this process of writing about myself, is how I approach clients and the therapeutic process- like a blank slate. Taken from my own therapy experiences; I value connecting with people, meeting them where they are, and supporting them with where they want to go. To me, these are the necessary ingredients to make a recipe for therapy successful.
