I help individuals and couples in-person in our office in Westlake Village serving Agoura Hills, Thousand Oaks, Calabasas and other surrounding communities with relationship issues and anxiety. I help clients move beyond old patterns and build new, lasting ways of interacting. Many of my clients are men who want to feel more confident and effective in their relationships, manage stress better, and make meaningful changes that stick. I also work with parents who want to stay grounded and connected, even during the tougher moments.
