I provide a safe and open minded environment where we can look at things with fresh eyes, minds and hearts. Therapy with me is a lantern of sorts, a light trained to see the sticking points in your relationships and/or behavior patterns, mirroring those things back to you, exploring what they might mean, where and when they came and what you’d like to do going forward.
