I specialize in supporting adults navigating anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Trained in Brainspotting, I integrate somatic-based practices to help clients access and release emotions held in the body. I also draw on psychodynamic approaches to explore underlying beliefs and patterns, fostering deeper self-understanding. Many clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in painful cycles. I strive to create a warm, attuned, and collaborative space where they feel supported as they reconnect with themselves and rediscover what brings them joy.
