As a Licensed Therapist, I have dedicated my career to empowering individuals, helping them to recognize their full potential. I believe therapy to be an investment in your own happiness and aim to create an environment that will make you enthusiastic about therapy and the commitment to developing a more authentic relationship with yourself and others. Therapy can be a powerful and exciting experience. I offer therapy to individuals, couples, and families. Together, we will identify problematic beliefs/behaviors/feelings and work towards surrendering destructive habits/thoughts/feelings that no longer serve you, causing emotional difficulties and/or personal problems. I've worked extensively with adults and adolescents on a wide range of issues including but not limited to complex addiction issues, anxiety, depression, managing conflict, stress management, trauma, relationship issues, and adjustment to motherhood. My style can be described as non-judgemental, empathic, motivational, inspirational and solution-focused.
