My passion is working with individuals to reduce and stop both anxiety and depression. I see many people who struggle with PTSD, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and with a history of childhood abuse (emotional/physical/sexual) and trauma. I offer evidence based help using Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing(EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy & Neurofeedback. I have worked at Scripps Hospital, Children's Outpatient Psychiatry and I'm currently a supervisor for Therapists in training. I stay on top of the latest research and education. I am certified by EMDRIA to provide EMDR to clients to facilitate healing.
