You've survived significant challenges, and now you're ready to thrive. If you've been held back by trauma, addiction, or self-esteem struggles, I work with motivated clients like you to create meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to help you build improved relationships, increase your self-confidence, and move toward a life worth living. My approach is down-to-earth and strengths based. I specialize in trauma, domestic violence/sexual violence, and I have a special interest in addiction and mood disorders Drawing from a psychodynamic perspective with a keen interest in attachment and complex trauma, I help clients understand the deeper roots of their struggles. I also offer EMDR to help reprocess traumatic memories and am currently training in IFS to foster a deeper connection with your inner world.
