I bring 15 years of experience as a Licensed Social Worker (LCSW) and am excited to return to my true passion, working with others ranging from 10 - 60 years old by holding space, enforcing everyone’s inherent worth, and feeling heard in addition to strategies including MI, CBT, ACT, DBT, IFS, polyvagal and play therapy. I am training in EMDR training at this time, and can provide this service to adults only. I have worked with a wide range of needs for children, adolescents, and adults including ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD. LGBQTIA+ Affirming and an ally.
