To squeeze my therapeutic style into a few-ish words, it’s a mix of straight-forwardly-laidback, relationally-focused, & expressive. Oftentimes, the universe seems to enjoy throwing curveballs right when life starts to settle. I join clients the exploration of strengthening into their authentic selves through that process. I currently provide individual and couples therapy (insurance can be utilized for individual but not couples).
