I provide a safe and confidential therapy space for clients looking for support with stress, depression, anxiety, relationships, grief, trauma, OCD, chronic pain, or figuring out how to navigate life during these complex times. I work from a warm and compassionate approach that is customized to what you need and your goals. My practice is completely virtual, through secure video telehealth, making it convenient to fit therapy in from the comfort of your home (Pets are so welcome in session!).
