I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist, specially trained in working with couples & individual women ages 18-50. Some areas I specialize in are: couples work (masculine and feminine polarity, conflict skills, deepening understanding), sex therapy, parenting, phase of life anxiety, dating, becoming truly authentic & aligned, building self-compassion, Brainspotting, and healing black & white, shame-based distortions caused by religious trauma (without encouraging abandoning beliefs). My biggest philosophy is BALANCE- and learning to find “the sweet spot” in tricky, polarizing concepts. I see balance as the “key” to remedying SO much. My style is unlike any other therapist you may know! I like to keep my work ‘real’ & informal. I tell it like it is, & am all about empowering my clients to understand themselves & change their patterns. I use a lot of humor & instruction in sessions! My happy clients see profound, desired changes in their relationships & lives. I am SO proud- it’s an honor.
