My name is Kendria Johnson and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia. I work with young adults, college students, and adults, using a range of styles and techniques to help my client make progress and see change in their lives. My approach to therapy varies based on the needs of the client. I most frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral therapy, along with grounding techniques. These techniques help me to gain understanding of my client's reality and past experiences. It's important to know a client's past and how they see the world to be able to develop a path forward.
