I have several years of experience working with clients who may struggle with self-esteem, anxiety, or frustration stemming from academic, vocational, or social challenges. I also work with individuals who are not only seeking to overcome challenges with addiction and substance use, but to also the underlying emotional and psychological concerns that may contribute to these challenges. Through my therapeutic approach, my aim to provide clarity and emotional support to help individuals navigate through life changes, manage stress, and find personal fulfillment.
