Most of our mental health symptoms were born with the intention to protect us in some way. Over time, those symptoms have become unmanageable. When our lives feel unmanageable, we lose confidence in our ability to make choices and assert our sense of free will. My goal is to help you understand yourself and find confidence and hope in your ability to move forward and find contentment.
