I have some expertise in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
