I am trained in accelerated resolution therapy to assist with addressing the root of issues in an impactful way. I also have a specialization in trauma addressed through the use of accelerated resolution therapy. I work with those wanting to improve low self-esteem, co-dependency and I assist with developing skills to build healthy lasting relationships.
