I love working with kids, teens, and adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in old patterns. My ideal client is someone wants support in understanding their emotions and their body’s responses. Someone who wants a therapist that is warm, human, a little goofy, and works collaboratively to make the hard things feel safer. Whether processing trauma, managing big feelings, or just wanting to feel lighter, they’re looking for real connection and practical tools. I blend trauma-informed CBT with somatic work, expressive arts, and a warm, playful style. I work with clients to better understand and/or express their emotions, reconnect with their bodies, and build coping skills that actually fit their life style. Together, we create a safe, curious space for healing and growth.
