Caring for others can be deeply meaningful and also incredibly heavy. Many caregivers find themselves exhausted, overwhelmed, grieving changes they never expected, or quietly struggling while trying to stay strong for everyone else. You don’t have to carry this alone. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 12 years of experience in the mental health field and 8 years as an LCSW. My work centers on supporting caregivers and individuals navigating aging-related transitions, caregiver stress and burnout, end-of-life stages, and the emotional challenges that come with caring for aging parents or loved ones.
