I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with 20 years of professional counseling experience. I have extensive experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including adolescents dealing with various emotional and behavioral issues such as criminal behavior, sexual and behavioral issues, mood disorders, substance abuse, and family problems. I have a strong track record of assisting women of all ages who struggle with life stressors, such as balancing motherhood, marriage, and working in corporate America, as well as post-COVID-19 challenges. During your first session with me, we will go over the therapeutic process, gather historical information pertinent to your treatment, discuss goals of treatment, and begin the train moving to a healthier self.
