I am here to be attentive and help you take intentional action to change and grow in all areas of your life. Developing the whole person begins with you understanding your emotional state and how that interacts with your thinking and behavior. I can help you through trauma and relationship stress. I am certified in EMDR, Spiritual Direction, and have a long rich history of serving Military members, Adolescents, and Families. I have been a public school teacher and coach. I also have assisted many couples in reconciliation and divorce coaching resulting in peaceful healthy outcomes.
