Through a holistic approach, I help clients gain self-awareness, trust their intuition, and identify meaning for daily wellness. I support individuals navigating anxiety, addiction, depression, trauma, life transitions, grief, loneliness, and relationship challenges. My counseling theory integrates mindfulness, somatic practices, curiosity, and art in therapy. Overall, my role is to offer a warm, grounded, safe presence for you. A place where you can explore the most authentic version of YOU. I will become a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in May 2026. Currently, I am a counseling intern pursuing my Master’s degree with an emphasis in addiction at Boise State University.
