Hi I'm Kennedy :) I use a blend of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) & Solution-Focused techniques to help clients uncover patterns while working collaboratively on presenting problems. With experience in residential treatment, I understand how to support clients through a wide range of challenges and the ability to work comfortably with complex issues. I support adolescent and young adult clients facing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, learning differences, trauma, body image, sexuality, and life transitions.
