I do this by learning about how you perceive the world, yourself, and yourself within the world while building a meaningful working relationship with you. I have been trained in evidence-based therapies, and am comfortable using a wide array of approaches and techniques. I have extensive experience working with trauma, substance abuse issues, trans and queer folx, mood disorders (depression, bipolar disorder), and issues around incarceration.
