I work primarily with women navigating big life transitions and emotional weight—whether that’s pregnancy or postpartum changes, the impact of trauma or domestic violence, the pain of grief, or simply feeling overwhelmed and stuck. If you're carrying things that feel too heavy to hold alone, you're not meant to carry them by yourself. My approach is eclectic, which means I pull from different therapeutic tools and perspectives
