Are you looking for a laid back and easygoing therapist who is fun, nonjudgemental and allows you to show up as your full self (ex. cursing is always acceptable here!)? I am here for you, and I am glad you made it here! Life is crazy and bit annoying at times but together we can work to make it more manageable and enjoyable for you! To summarize my approaches without all the therapy jargon, I strive to make sure you feel like you are getting the tools and support you need! I consider myself a laid back therapist, not married to any specific modality. I do love incorporating podcasts, books, and workbooks. Your journey is tailored to you!
