Emotional disturbance (anxiety, depression, confusion, etc) manifests when you fail to confidently and honestly live your life with meaningful purpose, soul-alignment and positive action. Low esteem, lack of confidence, confusion, lack of clarity, low motivation, and chronic worry all negatively impact your relationship to yourSelf and others creating symptoms that can spiral downward. We will arrest any potential spiral and redirect its energy. I am solution-driven. We will discover the cause of your problem (within 1-3 sessions), identify your desired outcomes, outline a personal action plan to get you where you want to be, and work on the emotional barriers that block your way in realizing your successful outcomes.
