For fifty years I have practiced full-time in Poway and Rancho Bernardo, providing psychotherapy for personal and relationship difficulties. My specialty is working with marital and family problems: communication, conflict, sexual problems: parent¡ªchild or teen problems: divorce and step-family issues. I am also successful with individual problems of depression and anxiety using cognitive behavioral and psychotherapy tools, often with handouts. Sliding scale fees and insurance billing.
