Hello, I'm Kenny. Are you struggling with wounds from your past? Does life seem stressful, overwhelming, or heavy? I am experienced in helping adults and teens navigate concerns with trauma, depression, and anxiety. I use a collaborative approach to empower my clients to identify unhelpful thought and behavior patterns contributing to their life struggles. No matter what challenge you are facing, I believe that you can find healing. I am encouraged that you are making the decision to help yourself, and I would be honored to come alongside you in that process. As previously stated, my focus is on helping adults and teens with trauma, depression, and anxiety. However, I am also adept and enjoy incorporating a Christian worldview in treatment.
