It may feel frightening to get close to people for fear of being hurt in an unsafe world. I aim to help you understand how family, growth-related influences, and community resources help shape your reactions. I will help you identify manipulative, exploitative relations and unrealized choices made, and together, we will shape them into positive behaviors to meet your needs.
