I am a substance abuse and mental health counselor, who genuinely enjoys working with people. I believe almost all people who suffer with an addiction have an underlying mental health issue, trauma, depression, anxiety and low self esteem. I understand that addiction renders you powerless and in many cases extreme embarrassment. Mental health issues can be equally disabling and embarrassing. I can help you, no shame, embarrassment, just understanding and guidance as you move along your path of recovery. In some cases medication may be recommended and I work with three established Nurse Practitioners who accept referrals.
