About
When I was in my twenties, I saw a psychotherapist who was completely silent. He didn't help very much. Then I saw another who listened, talked and changed my life. I’ve modeled myself on the second. In a word, if you are not living your ideal life if you're affected by trauma, loss, or unhelpful patterns of thought or behavior, I think you'll find that this process can truly make a difference. In psychotherapy, I find we'll look back to figure things out but not to retraumatize. This is so important. The past is mainly relevant in how it's landing in the present. Our main focus, the quality of your life in the present.
