Everyone can experience self-doubt and difficulty that prevents us from moving forward and becoming our best selves. I specialize in treating many of these difficulties including depression, anxiety, grief, relationship difficulties, and issues of sexual orientation and personal acceptance. I have many years of counseling experience with degrees in Counseling Psychology and Theology. I’ve worked across the country with diverse populations. I work collaboratively with my clients by setting mutually agreed upon goals, practicing unconditional acceptance, and incorporating a focus on the whole self: mind, body and spirit.
