People today of all ages face unique challenges contributing to mental health struggles. The influence of social media, environmental concerns, and social change can complicate personal growth. Despite their resilience, I support adolescents and young adults with concerns related to self-image, relationships, identity development, academics, focus, and extracurriculars. I also have extensive experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum and have worked in a high school-based setting. I offer virtual sessions from familiar environments and focus on building life skills, coping tools, peer connections, and independence.
