As a therapist, it is my belief that everyone deserves to have a safe empathic, non- judgmental environment to which they can begin to better understand themselves and others. Therapy provides the opportunity for growth and change and eventually, a better understanding of one's self. This process is a collaboration to discover the desired lifestyle and happiness we all want. I offer a non judgmental warm supportive environment to help my clients process and express themselves. I have extensive experience working with adults and specialize in self esteem issues, trauma, family issues, adjustment to life changes, anxiety, depression and sexual issues. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy ( ART), a therapeutic intervention that helps individuals become unstuck from a traumatic events or to change negative behaviors.
