I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and faith-based issues. I like to cater my approach to what best suits your needs as the client. My most common approach to therapy is person-centered modality. I will use cognitive behavioral and solution-focused techniques as well. I enjoy working with teenagers and adults. The conditions that I am most comfortable treating are anxiety, depression, and faith-based concerns. I like to create a safe space, that is very comfortable and inviting for my clients. It should feel very light and free-flowing when conversing in session.
