I have worked in the mental health field for over 10 years with individuals, children and families. There is something special and rewarding about seeing someone overcome obstacles and setbacks in their life with the help of genuine encouragement and guidance. I especially feel proud to assist someone in the process of addressing trauma and getting the chance to see the other side of a feeling that has held them down for too long.
