Hello! I'm Kenya, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Illinois. I have over 10 years of post graduate experience and have worked with populations across the life span from ages 3-65+. I specialize in anxiety, depression and women's issues. I strive to provide a safe and empowering environment by utilizing a warm and non-judgmental approach, which allows individuals to learn functional and effective coping techniques to manage a variety of mental health symptoms. Our initial therapy session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, establish trust, take a deep dive into your specific challenges, set goals, and lay the foundation for a successful therapeutic relationship.
