Many individuals arrive in therapy carrying more than they let on—responsibility, emotion, history, and the unspoken expectation to hold it all together. This is a space where you don’t have to do that alone. I’m a Latinx Licensed Mental Health Counselor providing Telehealth psychotherapy to adults in New York. My work is relational and psychodynamic, meaning we explore emotional patterns, early experiences, and relationships (both past and present) to better understand daily life.
