As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with experience working in university settings and private practice. I have had the pleasure of working with individuals, couples, families, and children, coming from different backgrounds and life circumstances. I believe people are resilient and prioritizing mental health can help people live a meaningful and authentic life.
